General Tips to follow

  • Avoid Junk food
  • Start your day with a warm glass of water
  • Do intake some food within 2 hours of waking up to avoid overeating later in the day
  • Try not to sit continuously for more than 2 hours. Take a break
  • If you get less time to workout then avoid eating food with high fat. Eat low fat, high in energy foods like cucumber, plain yogurt.
