  • Once you sign-up/register for the program, you'll be assigned a personal trainer for a definite period depending on your goals.
  • The trainer and one member of core Arcfitness team will be in touch with you during the entire course via a separate Whatsapp group.
  • The trainer will be giving you personalized Diet Schedule and your day-to-day workout schedule.
  • The workout will be specially designed to suit your body and will also be designed so that you should be able to achieve the desired goals in the decided time frame.
  • The flexible workout techniques can be followed anywhere in the outdoor area like parks.
  • You'll be given access to workout videos and proper technique of workout will be explained by the assigned trainer.
